Our Factory & Quality Control
Our mill in Zhejiang runs knitting, weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing lines with an in-house QC team. Every export roll is inspected under the 4-point system, shade-checked roll by roll, and packed in poly and woven bags with shipment marking.
Capabilities: custom dyeing to Pantone with lab dips, digital/screen/roller printing, bonding and lamination, embossing and texture finishing. Lead time 15-25 days, MOQ 500 meters per color, A4 samples free.
Quality Checks
4-point inspection, shade bands, roll-by-roll color control, shrinkage and fastness testing per batch.
Export Packing
Poly bag + carton, 25-50 m per roll, commercial and shipment marking for door-to-door programs.
