Signature 3D spacer scuba knits: standard Air Layer, Air Layer Heavy and Printed Air Layer.
Air Layer is the fabric our customers ask for by name. It is a 3D spacer scuba knit: two smooth polyester faces separated by a fine mesh core, which gives the fabric its distinctive bounce, light insulation and ability to hold a silhouette without heavy interfacing. In this family you will find Air Layer for everyday dresses, hoodies and bags; Air Layer Heavy for winter jackets and structural pieces; and Printed Air Layer for color-fast digital and screen printed programs.
Because we knit and finish the fabric in our own plant, we control every step that matters to garment makers: consistent GSM across the roll, even sponge recovery, shade-matched dyeing to Pantone, and print fixation that survives washing. Width is 150 to 160 cm, GSM runs 280 to 450 depending on the version, MOQ is 500 meters per color, and lead time is 15 to 25 days. A4 samples are free; bonded and embossed versions are available for outerwear and accessory programs.
