Custom Fabric Dyeing Service

Pantone-matched dyeing with lab dips, roll-by-roll shade checks and 4-point inspection for every fabric program.

Our dyeing line covers polyester, nylon-blend and cotton-blend grounds across every product family, from African Signature to Stretch Suiting, Air Layer, Rib & Texture and Satin & Formal.

Small runs from 500 meters per color to long-run corporate and uniform programs are welcome, with lab dips provided before bulk production.

Lab Dip & Approval

We develop lab dips against your Pantone or physical standard, confirm under daylight D65, and approve before any bulk.

Bulk Dyeing

Production runs in controlled batches with recorded dye lots and minimized lot-to-lot shade deviation.

Finishing & Setting

Heat-set and finished to your hand, width and shrinkage targets, then rolled and inspected.

Inspection & Packing

4-point inspection, shade bands and export packing in poly and woven bags with shipment marking.
