Heavier weight matters for autumn and winter collections: the fabric needs body so trousers hold their crease and skirts do not cling or ride up. Gedi heavy fabric gives that structure while the textured double knit surface keeps a refined, non-iron look.

Garment makers use it for winter trousers, structured A-line skirts, blazers and lightweight jackets, and for uniform programs that run in cooler months. The dense construction also hides small surface imperfections better, which reduces finishing work in the factory.

Every batch is tested for weight tolerance, color fastness, shrinkage and pilling performance, and we keep shade archives for reorder matching.

Customization

GSM can be tuned between 320 and 360, and we can adjust width, hand-feel and finishing. Custom colors by lab dip in 3-5 days; stock shades ship in 3-7 days.

QC & Test

We test color fastness (4+, ISO 105), shrinkage (≤3%), GSM and pilling resistance per batch, and provide reports on request.

Packing & Shipping
