Common Challenges We Solve
1. Long lead times from large mills. Big mills often run 35-45 days for bulk. We run 15-25 days after lab dip approval, and stock colors can ship in 3-7 days.
2. High minimums. Many suppliers ask for 3,000-5,000m per color. Our standard is 500m per color, with mixed color orders negotiable for stock shades. This fits Vietnamese factories producing seasonal collections and small repeat orders.
3. Shade drift between batches. We keep lab dips and batch samples for every shade and test color fastness, shrinkage and GSM before shipment.
4. Document problems. We provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List and CO with every shipment, and support Form E or other certificates when your contract requires them.
