Questions Garment Buyers Often Ask
What is your MOQ?
500 meters per color. Mixed colors are negotiable for stock shades, so you can build a small collection without overstocking.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. A4 swatches are free with freight collect, and usually dispatched within 1–3 days. Larger sample rolls are charged and refunded with bulk orders.
What is your lead time?
Stock colors ship in 3–7 days. Bulk production takes 15–25 days after deposit and lab dip approval.
How do I pay?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight for larger orders.
Can you ship to my port with the right documents?
We ship from Ningbo or Shanghai and provide CO, SONCAP, PVoC and COC documents according to your destination market.
Is the color stable between batches?
We keep lab dips and batch samples, and test color fastness, shrinkage and GSM before bulk shipment.
